Our Process

Enquire

Tell us about your event using the form on our Enquire page.

Consultation

We will arrange a 30-minute call to understand your brief, your guests, and the experience you want to create.

Proposal

Within five working days, you will receive a bespoke proposal — not a rate card. We will walk through it together on a follow-up call.

Delivery

Once the contract is signed and the deposit received, planning begins. We manage everything, you make the decisions that matter.

Aplomb works with a select number of clients each year. Every enquiry is handled personally by Kelby. We take on events where we can give our full attention, which means we are occasionally at capacity. Early enquiry is always recommended for events with a fixed date.
